The Location was (perfect). Just a few stairs away from the main street. The room was great size, nice large comfortable bed and the AC worked great ( we were there during the July heat wave). Receptionist was awesome.
Loved the hotel (except shower head).
The shower only had a "rain" shower head. The hotel should put in a "hand held" shower head. There was no way to turn the water on "to warm it up" without getting hit by cold water first. The water also splashed out under the door. Great water pressure and great looking shower/bath, but the shower head was the only negative. We stayed in 4 different hotels during out trip to Italy and every hotel's bathroom had the "hand held" shower head. Install a different shower head and I would rate this hotel a solid 10 out of 10. I loved the hotel (except for shower head).

Location was nice, had family room and it was good size for my group. Loved the little balcony that looked out over the street. Beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was small, the toilet flusher was broken so it was hard to flush, toilet seat not secure and wobbled, shower was tiny and no bath mat available so water got all over floor.
