Absolutely incredible location and a beautifully unique property. Great communication prior to the stay made check in effortless. So glad we stayed here as opposed to other properties we looked at. Thank you so much!
Would have enjoyed the coffee pods being replaced after the first two were used, and knowing the tourist tax was cash only prior to arrival (perhaps I missed this somewhere, so could be my error)

The location is outstanding. It's right in the heart of town. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful.
Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Assistance from Salvatore who made sure that everything goes smooth.
Maybe breakfast could be served in a better way.

The cleaner and room cleanliness was superb! Great location close to the Ferry Terminal.
The breakfast was not good- they should never have advertised Breakfast Included in our room rate. It was a croissant in a plastic wrapping (not fresh) with not much else! Very disappointing!
