This is a guesthouse with a setup similar to an Airbnb. The host, Alfonso, was friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the center of Sorrento, making it very convenient for exploring the town and getting around. The room was reasonably clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast is self-service, and guests need to prepare it themselves. The selection is fairly limited, with mainly eggs, toast, bread, yogurt, and coffee available. One of the highlights of the guesthouse is definitely the terrace, which offers a lovely panoramic view over Sorrento.
The main downside was the poor soundproofing. I could hear guests in the neighboring room talking and making noise quite late at night, which was disturbing when trying to sleep. I think the guesthouse could benefit from having clearer quiet-hour rules, especially at night, to ensure a more comfortable stay for everyone.
