We loved the beautiful view from our room and enjoyed spending time as a couple. The food was great, and overall it was a relaxing stay.

זוג. התארחנו 4 לילות במלון קיסר בחודש יוני. לא היו לנו ציפיות גבוהות אבל הופתענו מדברים רבים: הצוות - מאוד מקצועי, קשוב ואדיב. ניקיון החדר והאזורים הציבוריים היה ללא דופי. אזורי הלובי והסביבה - מרווחים ומעוצבים יפה עם הרבה פינות ישיבה. הבריכה הייתה גדולה ונחמדה עם שפע כיסאות ושמשיות. החדר שהזמנו (פרימיום עם מרפסת) היה מרווח, שקט ועם נוף יפה למרינה. האוכל היה טוב מאוד (אבל לא מעולה) עם שפע של אפשרויות לבחירה. אהבנו את העובדה שלא היינו צריכים לחכות לשולחן פנוי. המיקום - מצוין, ממש ליד הטיילת מול חוף חנניה.
כמה דברים שכדאי לקחת בחשבון: 1. החלק החיצוני של המלון והחדרים (אבל לא הלובי או הבריכה) קצת מיושנים. יש צורך בשיפוץ. 2. חניה היא בעיה רצינית. יש מספר מועט של מקומות חניה פנויים לאורחי המלון. כל השאר - צריכים לחנות בכחול-לבן (אם כי מקסימום 30 שקלים ליום). 3. המלון מאוד מאוד עמוס. הרבה משפחות עם ילדים. רועש באזורים הציבוריים: חדר האוכל, מסדרונות, בלובי, בבריכה. לזוג שמחפש סביבה שקטה ומרגיעה אני ממליץ ללכת למלון למבוגרים בלבד.

The service was good for the most part, very courteous and polite. The interior design of the room is nice, water pressure is good. They offer activities and shows, mostly suitable for kids. We haven’t joined any so I can’t comment about the content.
We’ve stayed there 4 nights:
- The lock on our doors was malfunctioning and even though the staff new about it, nothing was done about it, even when they asked for a feedback they answered with: “yes, we heard about it”.
- The bed was not king sized but rather 2 beds puts together
- The breakfast on Friday morning was what I excepted for this hotel and price to be everyday, it was not, a Saturday had a feel of leftovers of Fridays meal. Some food tasted good other was dry or simply not good.
- Gym and Pool opens from 9:00-18:00 which renders it mostly useless for us. I would much rather a place where I can work out in the morning or late evening and enjoy the beach or rest of the city during these hours.
- During the holiday (Shavuot) it was noisy and packed.
- The balcony is so small you have to cramped in the chair, really not worth the extra money paid for it. And this is we’ve been told was a nicer room…
