I had a wonderful stay at Palma hotel.
Largely thanks to their outstanding customer services. During my stay I encountered a sudden leak from the shower. After calling the front desk, Galina the customer service manager acted with absolute urgency within less than 20 min they switch my room, apologised and even give a compensation. Galina the manager follow up and ensure everything working perfectly, her efficiency turned a potential frustration into a highly positive experience and I highly recommended this property for their top tier services and commitment to guest comfort. (Galina is an invaluable asset to this hotel)
The maintenance level has been a bit low , hopping it’s just a temporary issue.

The breakfast was actually good and better than expected. It was the only positive part of the stay.
The hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely soft and cheap, which made it hard to sleep.
Housekeeping was very poor and the room was left dirty.
There was also a loud party with extremely strong music coming from one of the rooms. I called reception three times to complain. On the third call, instead of handling the situation, the staff member told me that I should call the police myself, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. Handling disturbances is clearly the hotel’s responsibility.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
