We loved our stay at groarty house. We had a lovely welcome from Stuart who also gave us great advice about the £6 walking tour around Derry city and also about best location for parking in Derry town (William st). The location of the property is fantastic, approx 5mins drive from Derry. The house is lovely and warm all the time and spotlessly clean. We loved staying here. The full Irish breakfast each morning was a lovely addition to our stay!

Exceptional value, lovely people, nice place.

Cleanliness, suite was very clean with beautiful views. Hosts accommodated my not to late arrival. They even remembered from the phone call that I was taking some food back. Upon arrival they asked if I'd needed cutlery. Very nice people and exceptional breakfast followed by the offer of a lift to the coach park. Would 1000% recommend.

For what it cost, nothing could be better.

Absolutely fantastic. would recommend to anyone staying in Londonderry

The lady was very Pleasant and made us feel at home. it was a lovely place to stay, so comfortable and homely. we got a key which meant we could come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone. the bed was very comfortable and the manor was warm and cosy. the breakfast was delicious and the view here is gorgeous. would 100% recommend, thank you.

the shower hose wasn’t good but the shower was lovely, easy to use and the water was warm unlike some other places I’ve been to.

Perfect stay in a lovely quiet area. Groarty Road brings you to road for Donegal.

Staff were very welcoming. Nothing was a problem. Room was spotless. Breakfast was superb.

Groarty House is a gem out in the country a few miles from Derry. The hostess was very helpful when I needed a taxi to go into town. Sitting outside after a long of touring Derry was peaceful and relaxing.

Lovely spot in a great quiet location with stunning views.

Great breakfast and a very homely and welcoming place to stay while in the area for a sporting event. Would definitely stay again if back in the area and maybe use the hot tub next time.

Was situated very well, close to town but not in town. And a really nice country feel. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast

Very welcoming host who obviously works very hard. Lovely big sized room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and was tailored to our requests. Definitely recommend and would stay again

One for the records, to try to come again one day. Quiet and very comfortable.

It is a lovely house in a quiet and beautiful location., quite secluded and well outside Derry City. The welcome from our hostess was friendly and warm; she gave us local details of sites to see. Our room was first-class, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was super. We were only sorry to leave after one night. Perhaps we shall get lucky and come back again.
