A estadia foi excelente. O que encontramos no quarto foi exatamente o que vimos nas fotografias. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Local muito bem localizado, acesso fácil a vários pontos do Centro, quarto limpo, adequado para família de 4 pessas, internet rápida, café da manhã bom. Recomendo muito.
Apenas o acesso à recepção do hotel ainda é feito por escadas. Apenas sentíamos um forte cheiro de esgoto (não sei se vinha da rua), inclusive no quarto. Fora isso, sem mais pontos negativos.

I was happy with my stay there, I had alot of problems with the air conditioner in room 107 very nice staff great location, the breakfast was the same every day

The beds were comfortable. the room was clean. Nice breakfast.
the wood floor looks like is splitting. the bath in shower was a bit odd to use. The stair in the entrance to the building was annoying to climb. I got stuck in the lift but the staff quickly got me out.
