That breakfast was provided and that it was downtown. The staff was nice.
The bathroom didn't have a fan/vent causing it to be very humid in the Bathroom/Room.
Also, a better shower head needs to be provided.
It would be nice if they had a microwave and an actual smart TV. As a foreigner, I don't speak Portuguese, therefore I couldn't watch the TV.

There’s breakfast being served ss early as 3:30. Good food and good coffee!!! The gym was a plus for me. I just believe there could be some hangers (puxadores) at the gym so we can have more options for workouts such as cross-over and stuff.

Staff was amazing and super helpful
- There was a water leak on the lobby
- When I booked I thought that the parking and the pet was included
- The room was missing a towel
- The room had a problem with the lights
- It was super cold in the room
- The pillows were too soft and only 2 in the bed, needed more
