Location is amazing, lobby and the bar at the lobby is sweet, the gym is also great. There are a lot of cafes and restaurant around the neighborhood.
*The sink was clogged and I guess no one checks these details. I stayed in a room with a clogged sink for 10 days.
*The air conditioners (heating) did not work and the room was freezing.
*The rooms could be cleaner. When I first entered the room I dusted the table and it was incredibly dirty. I also had to wipe the floor with a towel and the towel turned pitch black because the floor was so dirty.
*This was the most difficult check-in experience I've ever had. Just to check-in you have to download a mobile app and fill out a bunch of forms! Also this app keeps giving errors. It's not user friendly at all. Simple things like this could be done easier.
