The Location was great. Close to pretty much everything, Restaurants, bus stops and stores. It was nice having 2 beds and 2 baths. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. It accommodated us very well.
Was a little noisy in the bedroom close to the street. People out all hours of the night. But other than that it was good nothing else other than that.

We had a little back & forth for Early Check-in. In the end, we were able to check-in early as requested. The keys were inside the unit. The doors are very seecure and building is extremely safe.
It took at little while and a couple communications for Early Check-in. As the day of check-in approached, they were very responsive and hustled to accomodate our request.

Extremely clean facilities and had everything we needed.
Slightly difficult to first enter the property. Keys being at a separate pickup point was confusing.

The apartment itself was good. Clean and well appointed.
The host was useless. The day before our arrival they sent an email with instructions for they keys. The message said. Hi Hendrik, here are the details for your key collection at BSI.

No idea whar BSI is. Where it is etc. Notning. Even the local guide we had could not work it out. Ok so 40 mins later we get they keys and head to the apartment. The address is just a street with no building name or number or anything. No further instructions. The building has no name that represent anything that bookings.com refer to. The host supply no further details and on top of it all wasnt available on their phones notwithstanding that we told them we would check in 3 pm. Not one of the businesses in the street knew a building called Reykavick most luxurious apartments which is the name on the booking form. They keys we received had 2 nr on it. 21, 207 and 2 tags. Thats it. All in all we spent over 2 hours figuring this out in cold windy weather with all our luggage.
