Im Servicebereich war der Empfang unterirdisch. Es wurde mir ein Zimmer außerhalb des Haupthauses zugewiesen, obwohl ich dieses nicht gebucht hatte. Daraufhin sollte ich 15,00 Euro die Nacht mehr bezahlen , damit ich im Haupthaus übernachten konnte. In dem Moment war mir klar, dass ich woanders übernachten würde. Da wir sowieso nicht auf einen Nenner kommen, brauchen Sie die 15,00 Euro nicht zu bezahlen, so die Empfangsdame. Daraufhin wurde Sie zickig und sehr unfreundlich.

Excellent location close to public transport and the city center. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Shared hotel facilities, breakfast, and dining were also excellent
Annex Rooms were dated, could use some maintenance with electrical outlets and had no air conditioning or fans, during 38 degree temperature days, so this was uncomfortable. No usb charge ports for an international traveller was also inconvenient.

Modernes stylisches Haupthaus mit schönem Wellnessbereich. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.
Zimmer im Nebenhaus sind zu veraltet. Der Kontrast zum Haupthaus ist zu groß. Leider hat unser Zimmer auch nach Rauch gerochen und ohne Klimaanlage war es kaum aushaltbar.
Preis Leistung für Neumarkt leider nicht gut in meinen Augen.
