Overall, this is a top hotel; we had an excellent room with balcony facing the boat harbour; breakfast is fantastic (quite unlike some of the other hotels we stayed at in Italy).

The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The location was in the city center and 5min away from good restaurants, beaches and other attractions .
It was hot and the hotel didn't have an AC on in the room, so we didn't sleep well (to hoot in the night). We couldn't have the window open at night because there was heavy traffic till the night and from early morning.
