Amazing hotel, smells good and very clean. The breakfast was rich and full of options. We enjoyed very much 😀
Wasn't clear how to ask for shuttle from the parking lot that was far away. Wasn't clear when is check out.

The resort is very beautiful and well tended. We were upgraded to the "Forest View" rooms that are very spacious and quite. The spa, pool and mini golf were excellent. The staff was very helpful and efficient. There was plenty of parking and several lots for charging electrical vehicles.
The cleanliness of the rooms was good but not execellent. (Generally minor things, but we had some very pedant people in our group.)

Quality of food and helpfulness of staff
Quality of the finish of the rooms.
The pool area was poor,
pool not heated.
