We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the excellent sea view and the fantastic pool right in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself was lovely, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were very accommodating, respected all of our requests, and treated us fairly throughout our entire stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! George was the best!
Once again, I want to emphasize that overall, everything was excellent, and I honestly have no complaints about the hotel itself. The only reason I gave a 9-star rating instead of 10 was because of an unpleasant experience we had upon arrival.
When we arrived, there was a power outage, and as a result, there was no water or internet either. I was traveling with my wife, my son, and our baby, so this was particularly difficult for us. We needed to bathe our child and prepare the baby’s milk, and when we explained the situation to Lily at the reception, unfortunately, her response was quite rude and dismissive.
Instead of reassuring us that the issue would be resolved soon or showing some understanding of our situation, she told us that there were other babies in the hotel as well and that our baby was not the only baby there. We completely understand that the power outage was not the hotel’s fault, but we believe that the situation could have been handled with much more empathy and professionalism, especially when dealing with a family traveling with a small baby.
Apart from this one experience, everything else was genuinely excellent, and the rest of the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. This was the only reason for our 9-star rating.

Buffet was excellent - wholesome fresh prepared food with good variety from day to day. Pool outside the room was perfect for kids. Beach and included umbrellas were easy to get to.
Rooms were a little cramped for a family of 4 - but ok for a short time. Pools closed quite early even though it was still hot outside.
