Cet hôtel est un véritable paradis !
Le lieu est vraiment enchanté, comme son nom l’indique.
Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et accueillant. Un merci tout particulier à William, Junior et Isaac, dont l’extrême professionnalisme et le sourire ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Les chambres, tout comme les espaces communs, sont très beaux et parfaitement entretenus. Le jardin est un véritable rêve : partout où se pose le regard, on découvre une magnifique plante ; rien n’est laissé au hasard.
Le restaurant est très bon, et prendre le petit-déjeuner en admirant la mer est un véritable plaisir.
Les masseuses sont également excellentes et très professionnelles.
Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir, car nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses !

La struttura e’ immersa in un parco bellissimo, i bungolow sono spaziosi e abbastanza distanti l’uno dall’altro garantendo privacy. Ci sono 2 belle piacine, la spiaggia e’ grande e semi deserta, un vero paradiso tropicale, un’oasi di pace. Ristorante bello e buono. Personale gentile.
L’hotel dista circa 30 minuti di navetta dalla seconda praia (dove inizia il paese), e’ ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillita’, se invece state cercando una situazione diversa: festa & localini, star cosi lontanti non e’ ideale, infatti la navetta dell’hotel ha orari prestabiliti e il rientro ultimo e’ alle 22. Differentemente potete prendere un taxi a pagamento x circa 30€.
Procedure di check in e check out da migliorare, troppo lunghe e confusionarie.
Laimitazioni SPA: chiude alle 15 la domenica e il metodo Renata Franca la mattina non e’ disponibile.

Primeiro ponto: saiba para onde você tá indo, são 30 minutos de transfer da segunda praia até o hotel (que fica na quinta praia). Isso não é necessariamente um ponto negativo, mas precisa saber.
O lugar é simplesmente lindo, muito muito confortável, os funcionários são gente boníssima, a comida é maravilhosa, o café da manhã é sensacional, com muitas opções e todas feitas na hora. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro é elétrico tem uma pressão boa considerando a estrutura da ilha inteira.
Tem duas piscinas, um beach Club maravilhoso, um spa que tem várias opções de massagem (pago a parte) e um restaurante excelente, o sal.
Atendimento no WhatsApp destoa do resto da experiência. A pessoa é grosseira, por vezes não responde. Se esforçou pra tentar estragar a experiência e é o motivo de eu não ter dado um 10
