Friendly staff, nature, amazing food and facilities. Sandra, Pedro and the team will go above and beyond to make sure you feel home and well served. This is priceless.

The beach from the facility is the best, there's Beach bars around that serve exceptional food at an extremely reasonable price.
The staff is wonderful as well, the owner is very accommodating. Breakfast is fair and delicious. All together, it was a great experience
Pet friendly but at a fee
Overall upkeep needs an update: mattresses were brown and old, "mattresses" on single beds are just made out of foam. New bed linens are required: they are paper thin, and you can see the terrible and disgusting mattress under. Towels are rough, old, and small. No bathroom mat.
Pool upkeep - the staff try to clean it but at one point you could barely see through the water it was so mucky.
General knowledge about tours and excursions: The hotel gives generic advice on overpriced touristy tours and excursions, the island has much more to offer at much cheaper prices.
