We stayed in Rome for a couple of days.
The apartment was very nice and authentic , clean and comfortable!
The check in was easy. Breakfast was included. Breakfast area has the beautiful view of the city! Staff friendly and helpful!

Amazing location - very central in Rome with very easy walking distance to all the main historical sites and restaurants. The location is very charming and unique with very historic architecture and rooms.
Expect a more rustique vibe with less modern amenities - our AC didn't work and the room can get quite stuffy.

My room was 5 minutes walk in the city from reception and breakfast, with lots of stairs. For me it was OK but keep that in mind if it may be an issue for you

The location of the room is fantastic in that it is right in the heart of historic Rome and within walking distance of all the main points of interest. The room is large. Breakfast was available at the sister hotel of Antica Dimora Delle Conque Lunar. This was just a 2 minute walk from our room and had a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant looking over the rooftops of Rome.
The Antica Dimora Del'Orso is not really a hotel. It is a few rooms in a historic building down a small alleyway. It has no reception or facilities other than what it is the room itself. It was cleaned every day which was good, but check in / out and breakfast was a short walk to the sister hotel.
