This was our 8th time staying at Mood 44. Tge location is perfect, a d we would never stay anywhere other than Mood 44.
Valentina was exceptional in making sure everything was amazing. Excellent customer service.
I would not suggest using the car service that the hotel uses for airport transfer.
The driver showed up 25 minutes late to take us to the airport.
The driver told my wife that he was 25 minutes late because the booking from the Hotel did not show the address where he was to pick us up, which I know was not true.
We waited outside of Mood 44 at 9:00 am for 25 minutes. The driver was rude to my wife yelling at her in a Bangladeshi dialect as if it was her fault that he was 25 minutes late.
The driver chose the longest route possible to the airport. I was watching the route on Apple Maps & he chose the route for 46 minutes instead of the route for 29 minutes.
We were within minutes of missing our flight to Seattle because of the rudeness & ignorance of the Driver.
Mood 44 might want to choose another company to use for getting their guests to the Airport
