The hotel over all was clean, as well as the rooms and open spaces. The location was perfect we found parking outside under a tree which allowed us to park and leave the call the whole time we were in Pavia
It was hot in Pavia while we were there. 1. The unit turns off when you take the card out, but 2 when I asked for it to be left on and asked for a cooler room, I was treated like I was asking for something strange. Everyone has their own comfort level and temperature, and being told I have the coldest room in the hotel should not have been the response. Even if 21 was comfortable for the receptionist. Also, while the breakfast is only 8 euros, I would suggest a bar if not included.

staff is professional and friendly, the location is super central and despite being next to the train station- safe. parking is possible on site, however may take time to find it. the hotel was recently refurbished.
the bed linen was horrible… the linen isn’t correct for the size of the bed cover/duvet and pillows. thus it was left uncovered and the pillow itself together with duvet was disgustingly used and it was unpleasant since it touched the body. the bed overall was not comfortable.
