Es handelt sich um eine Hochzeitslocation. Die Zimmer sind einfach und funktionell, die Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr herzlich und bemüht, Morgens gibt es Croissants warm und frisch aus dem Ofen und guten Kaffee.

After a long and exhausting day behind the wheel, arriving at this hotel in the late afternoon was a massive relief. It ended up being a truly remarkable stay of my entire trip to Italy—though a few negative points are worth noting (read that, too).
What I Loved:
Beautiful, Spacious Grounds: The property is fantastic. There is plenty of open outdoor space with lovely lawns and sun loungers and the fountain around the pool. The views overlooking the valley and mountains are stunning, making it the perfect spot to chill and unwind after a long drive. Additionally, after 8:00 PM, the grounds featured gorgeous evening lighting, making the atmosphere truly special.
The Resident Cats: A true delight! The hotel has extremely sweet, affectionate cats that loved being petted late into the night. They were incredibly gentle and friendly—never biting or scratching.
Smart TV in the Room: Given the very affordable price, I didn't expect much in terms of media. Having a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc., was a very welcome surprise, especially compared to what I experienced at other hotels in Italy.
While the overall atmosphere was wonderful, there were several drawbacks:
Noisy & Ineffective Air Conditioning: In Southern Italy, reliable AC is crucial—even in mid-September (technically still summer). Unfortunately, the unit in my room was not perfectly effective, but extremely loud. I had to wear earplugs just to get a good night's sleep over the noise.
Frustrating Morning Coffee Situation: Getting a cup of coffee was surprisingly difficult before 9:00 AM. You constantly had to search for the staff member on the grounds. While he seemed very friendly and helpful, he spoke hardly any English and left behind a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A hassle-free breakfast experience looks quite different.
Wi-Fi Issues in the Room: While the Wi-Fi worked very well across the rest of the property, it was unavailable and didn't work at all inside the room.
Cleanliness Lacking: Room cleanliness was not exemplary. In a few spots, it was quite obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned up to standard.
