The staff on reception were incredible and very helpful. English is not easy to come by in Rio however the reception staff imparticular are female friend who was incredible with her favourite couple 🫶
There was an English speaking person on 24h which for us was super helpful.
Location is superb.
Breakfast is plentiful for the day

The staffs are very kindly.
The location is in the heart of Centro, but quite noisy. So many bars around.

Great breakfast, but no variation along the week
Great shower when central boiler was on
For the value paid, not bad, but with a small additional amount could get a much better option
Room service just upon request
Did not change towels unless requested
Front desk always busy with not many staff, just to get your room key took me more than 10 minutes in two occasions
Old building, not updated in many aspects
