Boa localização, tive um ótimo atendimento tanto na recepção como no café da manhã pelas meninas que prepararam.
Achei meio inseguro porque a porta da recepção não fica trancada.

Limpeza das roupas de cama e banho.
Achei o café da manhã bem fraco, não havia nada que eu pudesse classificar como saboroso. Bolos muito seco, pão francês bem murcho. Poderiam melhorar.

Hotel tem boa localização, região central e próximo ao Shopping da Estação leva uns 10 minutos andando.
Tinha fios de cabelo na cama, tomada modelo antigo porém não atrapalhou para carregar o celular. A Internet falhou em alguns momentos, a TV do quarto não é smart não sendo possível conectar nas principais plataformas de streaming.
