I thought the property was clean and inviting. The views and pools were beautiful. They have a lovely beach. The restaurants were fabulous. Something for everyone. Great entertainment. Also a quiet pool if you don’t like that sort of thing. Close to shopping. 10 minute drive to centrum. Bus right outside that comes every few minutes. Taxi also right outside. Great hotel.

I liked the entire complex as a whole, the staff, the hotel building, the food… everything
I didn't like the gentleman on the beach who was stealing already occupied umbrellas, we are still hotel guests and he has no right to take them from under our noses, other people also complained, super rude and impudent, the gentleman should definitely be replaced with someone more competent! The food was delicious, but there was no variety, I have stayed in other 5 star hotels and there was always variety every day! Another problem is the large influx of people, the hotel definitely can't accommodate that many people, because if you don't go on time for anything (breakfast, lunch or dinner) there aren't enough places and accordingly we have to wait, early in the morning the sunbeds are booked en masse (and there are no people for hours afterwards) regardless of whether they are on the beach or at the pools and accordingly you may not find a place, and yet you are on vacation and somehow having to get up at 7 am to run to reserve sunbeds, I find it a bit too much, this policy definitely needs to change and when there are no people on these sunbeds, towels etc. should be collected by the staff! The rooms were not cleaned daily, including the minibar in the room not being stocked with drinks, which is a big minus for me, but the minibar is included in the price! I would definitely stay in another hotel next year because of these things.

Liked the shows, close to the sea , drinks were good
Room service was very good
The alacart service was very bad . The staff were very rude , specially mehmet and another waiter that i forgot his name . We never felt comfortable there .
The room was too small, the sink’s drain was clogged . The curtains in the corridors were torn . Very small elevators .
