I made reservations a month and a half before our check-in date for 2 queen rooms for 2 nights. We showed up for my daughters 13th birthday with her friends to be told the pool was broke. The manager was terrible!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She told me we still had to pay cancelation fees!!! I'm still fighting it this and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL CHAIN!

It was very clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were very good. The condition of the building was troubling. The keypad was very loose. The floor has a definite slope and the window had no seal. When we had a windy storm the wind was blowing into the room.

I booked a suite and the pull out bed was broken, asked to be moved to another room. Took a shower and the body wash was empty and the lotion was empty. This is the first time I have not had a good experience.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel itself shows its age. Room design was nice, with sleeping area separate from the rest, but the bathroom ceiling looked like it was ready to cave in, and the toilet didn't flush correctly.

Over than I expected. I like that it didn’t have carpet in the rooms. Clean and quiet.

The manager at the front desk was extremely rude....we felt like a hassle just for asking questions. Actually, upon checking out and going to our car, there was an employee crying outside and telling another employee that she was going to quit because of how the manager was treating her.
As far as the room, it was definitely not worth what we paid. First of all, we were on the 3rd floor and the window opened. It is a law that hotel windows are not allowed to open. There were also holes all throughout the screen. One of the table legs of the desk was loose and lopsided. The sleeper sofa was sinking, springs were sticking out of the mattress, and the cushions were dirty....we didn't even let our daughter sit on it.
We had considered asking for another room but decided against it in order to avoid the manager. If I knew her name I would include it here but I don't know it.

Everything was good except the pool was closed. They should have to mention on the web site that the pool is not available. Many people choose a hotel based on having a nice pool to swim in.

The tv made a dreadful noise on unused stations. The sink faucet was awful and the refrigerator froze all my food.

The pics are deceiving. The common areas are very dirty. The bathroom in our room was filled with odd stains. The hallways smelled odd. It was a bummer.

Relaxing reception area, big room. Recently renovated. Everything worked. Fans and refrigerator were quiet. Hot breakfast was good. Other guests mentioned they often stay there when in area.

Ice property and friendly staff. Rooms were quiet. I would recommend getting a room facing the back of the property. Rooms to the front have a lot of light coming in at night from the well lit Parking lot.

No tv station listing, shower/bathing in unit above me VERY loud. Otherwise a clean place to stay and pet friendly. Very neat room. Love no carpet and old draperies as they are allergen habitat.

Let me first say I would not stay here again. However, it’s only because it’s a pet friendly hotel that had an early morning barking dog and too many people up at 3-4 AM with the slamming door jolting me awake often. Not very sound proof. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable. So if you don’t mind animals and inconsiderate people then this place will work for you.

Had a great stay. There was nothing to complain about. Staff was great. Trying to wrangle the baby out the hotel room made us check out 5 minutes late, and they were very understanding.

Top of the line. Who the heck cares about a few cracks in the ceiling or a little caulking in the bath room coming off. The beds were clean and so were the floors. Great breakfast. Wonderful service from everyone. Very friendly. And very affordable. If you want top of the line then PAY FOR IT you stupid idiots. For people that want to save a little money and love a family atmosphere then this is the place. Pool was for clean I might add.

Very nice, clean, pleasant staff. The only trouble was that I had some difficulty with the room key; just kept trying (like 10times), but it finally worked. Will stay here again.

The hotel was very quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast, they did have option of eggs, sausage and potato. No pancakes or waffles, but that isn’t enough to deter me from stay here again.

Room was clean and so was the hotel. We booked a suite for a girl's night. Had fun at the pool and breakfast exceeded exceptions. Cons was several of the lights in the room did not function and one actually zapped my 13 year old daughter when she tried to turn it on. The bedroom door to the suite did not lock and one of the closet doors was broken. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again. Kids really enjoyed the pool
