Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не первый раз. Приветливый персонал! Отличный вид из окна. Неплохие номера.

Немного далековато от центра. Пешком иду 20 минут примерно.

Wonderful week with friends to know Armenia

Friendly Stuff for 24hours 7 days. Pool was warm and clean, View from third Floor to Ararad perfect in the morning, Breakfast with russian specialitys super. We walked from center to hotel in the night in 25 minutes.

Bathroom and room to smal and defect drain so sewerage did stink.

Comfortable place

The hotel is located in a quiet street. They offer me different rooms to let me choose the best. The view is very nice.

The Capital hotel is very good hotel with kind staffs and with very clean room.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, the location was good and we walked 20 minutes to Republic Square. The hotel was very good and our room was very clean. I strongly propose it to another people.

Good

The staff was helpful and kind. From the hotel you can easily reach the metro by a 10 minute walk. Nonetheless it is affordable. Great value for this price. Recommended for real travelers.

Bad

A Calm and quiet area.

Very far from the city center. It is almost at the outskirts. No parking. Expensive. I found out later that There are hotels in the city center which are cheaper than this.

It was OK, but it didn’t worth it

The view from the balcony was nice. The comforters were very soft.

Dirty walls, overused chairs and beds, the toilet door was broken. There was no kettle in the room. Later the receptionist gave us one, but it was old, dirty and hardly working.

Five nights in Yerevan

Affordable , good sized room with a view, bed was comfortable and Aircon worked. The hotel is also quiet. Staff was helpful.

The entrance to the hotel is not very clear, lot of steps to get down with your bags. The breakfast wasn't really great and for the same value you get much better breakfast in other similar hotels.

Location was close to the central business district.

Water went out during one day during our stay. There was no back-up plan for showering, brushing teeth or any alternate provisions for water. From the entrance, the hotel looks like an entry to a brothel. Especially concerning since most flight arriving to Yerevan are very early in the morning. Stairs leading down to reception are not well-lit at night. High risk for falls. Hotel is not friendly for those with disabilities. No ramps or elevators, all stairs. I initially booked through the company website and the response was slow. I received an email confirmation but when I got to the hotel, they staff said they sent me an email to cancel my reservation. I did not get an email from them. Best to book through booking.com.

The room I ended up with was actually nice with a balcony and a good view, exactly what I had booked. Very pleased with it. I had to leave for airport at 2am and a member of staff, a very pleasant girl on reception ordered me a taxi and told me what to pay.. it was 37 degrees when I stayed but there was a pool and guests were using it, a big plus for a hotel in this price range.

When I first arrived I was offered a very inferior ground floor room with no balcony. I had to show my booking.com reservation which showed I had ordered a balcony room and threaten to leave if I didn't get one. So they moved me. It was a case of we got there in the end but I shouldn't have had to do that. Far too much slamming of doors when they clean the rooms in the morning, it seemed to go on for hours.

2.5 star place, not bad but not quite comfy for a long stay

Location: Close to the Marshal Bagramyan avenue which can get you to the city center by foot in ~20 minutes, and there's also a subway station nearby. Staff: Polite and kind but I had few encounters with them to tell exactly. Room: The fridge and the beds were OK.

Staff: The receptionist guy owed me 600 dram of change and I never got it back but I didn't bother to ask him about that, so... Also, the room cleaning service didn't come on every day. Room: The furniture saw its best days for a long time ago. The sink was leaking being opened, and the vent in the bath was quite loud when I was switching it on.
