The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The pool was very small but clean and refreshing.
My room was just around the corner from reception so I could hear the phone ringing and people walking through. Overhead shower was slightly broken and leaking from one corner.

My stay in Capital Hotel was delight, which has most to do with the very friendly personnel. They arranged a taxi driver to get me from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night after my arrival, helped me with getting my bearings in Yerevan and arranged transport and all kinds of other stuff and even helped me when I needed a last minute extra night stay after a very bad experience at Casa Emilio hostel (don't go there, the owner is an absolute jerk!). The pool is a nice bonus as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed here as a group of 17 people, and our experience was excellent. Despite having six rooms, check-in took only about two minutes thanks to the staff’s great organization. We arrived late at night, but the 24/7 front desk receptionist welcomed us warmly.
The pool was clean and relaxing, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and the beds were excellent. The location was convenient, and the hotel grounds were quiet and pleasant.
We would be happy to stay here again. Many thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We traveled with family, and we absolutely loved the room. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for our stay. The balcony offered a lovely view, and since the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations.
The room was basic but functional, though there were some major inconveniences. There was only one trash bin, which wasn’t nearly enough for a family that likes to eat in the room. We also found that the hotel doesn't clean rooms or change towels during your stay, which is quite unusual, especially for a multi-night visit.
Another downside was the payment method. The hotel only accepts cash, and there’s no card machine available, which was really inconvenient. It would have been much easier to pay with a card, especially for an international guest.
For anyone traveling with large luggage, be aware that there’s no elevator, which can make things tough when carrying heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs.
Location-wise, while the hotel is relatively peaceful, it’s a bit isolated. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 10-15 minute uphill walk, which can be a bit tiring, especially if you're older or have young kids.
