The house style is very interesting. Feels royalty. The staff were nice and helpful. Price equals quality. There is everything you need for cooking as well.
I couldn't adjust hot water, but then I figured out that if the shower and sink work together, hot water works. The shower and bathroom are common, not in the room, but there is kitchen, which is good. Overall, it's more like a room rather than a hotel.

Affordable place in Yerevan, considering it is just 10 minutes walk to Barekamutyun Metro Station. I also don’t understand why the reviews are not high enough, the staff are lovely.
Maybe it is scary at night, but if you are not easily get scared of a big empty room in soviet style, then nothing can stop you to stay in this place.

Location is nice close to the metro station. Room is very spacious. It was the cheapest hotel in Yerevan for the night.
Although the name is royal boutique hotel it is not a boutique hotel but a hostel with private rooms. The bathrooms are shared which we didnt see in the description (our mistake) but it is something we wouldn't expect from something with a name hotel. There is also a shared kitchen if somebody needs it.
