Комната №1. Чисто - ни пылинки, чистое постельное и два свежих полотенца, тапочки. Санузел и кухня чистые, нет лишних запахов. Тень на окно от дерева. Летом это плюс. Любезный персонал!
За свои деньги там нет минусов.

I’ve stayed at different places in Yerevan and I would say this is the best budget accommodation. The people who run this place are very nice. The room and amenities are all good.

I had a room of my own for a good price. Even though there isn't an air-conditioner, my stay was not during any very hot days in Yerevan and I didn't even need to switch on the fan in the room. What I best like about this guesthouse is the free washing machine with free washing powder to use. This really simplifies things for backpacking travellers. Also, I like the fact that most of the rooms are on an upper floor while the two toilets, the one bathroom, the kitchen, and common area are all downstaris. This makes the sleeping area much quieter than many other hostels with everything adjacent. There is a kind lady working there who is so cooperative and sociable. That's also a plus.
1. The location is no shape or form in the downtown. You will always need a taxi or a 25-min walk to get yourself in the busy lively parts of the city.
2. If you have mobility issues, this place is not an option for you with very narrow stairs and no lifts.
3. There is one room on the first floor. Don't book this room if you want peace and quiet.
