Super friendly staff, great location for metro so easy to get to most sites, comfortable, and quiet.

Our room was spacius, big barhroom, awesome mattress. So good i would buy one for my home. :)
Rooms are clean, cleaned daily, new towels every day.
Breakfast is good, variety of everything you would need no matter are you meat lover, vegetarian or vegan.
Location is good, just 2-3 metro stations from historic center (Baixa-Chiado or Bairro Alto).
Some things begin to show signs of wear and tear, but nothing tightening few screws wouldn’t fix. ;)

The room was good value for money and you can leave your luggage after you check out. Friendly and helpful staff.
The neighborhood could use some TLC. There is a lot of rubbish in the street.

Very budget friendly and clean little room. Good for a short stay.
Extremely small / bad noise insulation. Expected a bigger room based off the pictures I saw.
