Very clean
Just that we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift but just s minor thing

Our room had ac! And we booked the room with a private bathroom and they kept it well maintained. Cleaned the room everyday.
We sat in the garden a couple of days. It was nice and you always saw someone cleaning.
The receptionists were all friendly and though we didn’t use the common kitchen much I would’ve felt comfortable using it.
For location I probably wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk around alone at night.

Stylish high ceiling moderate sized room in brilliant location very close to Metro/Bus stops
it was excellent so a few minor things like having the cleaners talking worldwide to friends at full voice for ages on their phones whilst guests are quietly relaxing in the garden area is ignorance.

Handy location close to metro and tram stations
The room did not have air conditioning, and the fan provided was old and falling apart, which made it difficult to keep the room comfortable. The furniture and overall room condition felt quite dated and tired. The TV was very small, and although the mattress was nice and firm, it felt like sleeping directly on the springs underneath.
There was no minibar in the room. A shared kitchen with a communal fridge is available, but the kitchen is locked at night, which limits access.
