Everything went well - Helpful staff always available at reception - room clean with spacious bathroom with shower - room had everything needed: bed, wardrobe, night table with water. Also had telephone which I did not use.
Guessing the matresses may be 'very firm', whereas I usually encounter 'firm'. Just seemed a bit hard.
