Although it was no staff, information was given throughly and everything was easy to access or figure out.

I didn't use the breakfast service but it was nice that they offered it. The only thing nice was communication with staff especially via Whatsapp. Sorry nothing else good
Honestly it was mid. I'm not going to rate it so low, but it should. I got a "bunk" room but you can't even sit on the bed without constantly crouching to avoid hitting your head. And the ability to get to the top is impossible...I don't even know why this is an option. There was no elevator but that's to be expected. The location was a bit sketchy, and the transportation service is not even worth it. Turned out to be much more expensive, better to get your own or use public transportation. There is a metro station that you can use from the airport to get you there.
