The breakfast was quite tasty and filling, with lots of options. Definitely deserves a bonus for including pasteis de nata.
Regarding the room, it was super clean and well-kept, with a little balcony. I really enjoyed that perk. I was travelling solo, so the room was spacious enough for me. The air conditioning was working seamlessly, and the bed was comfy.
The location was also great; multiple options for public transport were available within a few minutes' walk. It was super easy to get around the city because the hotel was so close to the metro line. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel if I come back to Lisbon.
Everything was great. However, I noticed the breakfast was a little repetitive, with the same options every day, so if you are planning a longer stay, keep that in mind. But for me, it was still great. The minibar was not cooling that well, though.

We had to upgrade our room. The one we had was very small. Our luggage could not fit in the room. Facilities were good but rooms are too small.
Too small and the location was not great! Two good friends joined us from the Algarve and they did not like the area at all
