I enjoyed my stay here for about 4 nights. As a female solo traveller, this place met my expectations with safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and a very responsive staff. I had no issues with accessing the building or my room. Wifi was fast, no noise issues and all sheets/towels were clean.
The plumbing from the private bathroom needs to be fixed, it left an unpleasant smell at random points in the day. Also the sink and shower could have been cleaned better.

The location is very good, 2 minutes away from the Graça viewpoint -- only bear in mind that it is on one of the highest hills of Lisbon. The room is very small, but it had everything I needed. As I don't have WhatsApp, the host passed me the access information via booking.com messages.
The small fridge in the room could be a bit loud during the night, and disturb while sleeping.The sink in the separate private bathroom is very small. The code I was given did not seem to work on the room's lock on arrival, so I had to call and ask the host to open for me -- sorry for disturbing you after 11pm!

There was a lot of supermarkets and restaurant close to this property. It was close to some touristic sites. There was a small fridge in the room.
The guest house is on a hill and closest metro station is 15 min far. So, for going there especially with luggage, uber or bolt is needed. I was in attic room and it was very hot still in September although 2 fans were working in the room. This room has no ventilation and small windows on the roof could not help that much. The stairs are too many and very inconvenient. Outside is very loud at late night because of cleaning of restaurants. 6 nights I was there and I could not sleep at all. Maybe shorter stay or other rooms of this house would be fine.
