The location is perfect, it's in the centre of Graça and right across el Graça viewpoint and close to many historic places. The famous tram 28 pass by it and there are a lot of good places to eat close by.
The stairs leading to the rooms are a little much if you're carrying a heavy bag. The bathroom needs more hangers but other than that everything is perfect.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The guest house is in one of the most beautiful and charming neighbourhoods of Lisbon, with a fantastic location just a two-minute walk from Miradouro da Graça, one of the most scenic viewpoints in the city. The famous historic Tram 28 is also just a few minutes' walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring Lisbon.
The building itself is a beautiful historic property, full of character and charm, which made the stay even more special. I requested an early check-in on the day of my arrival, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which I really appreciated. I loved the atmosphere of the neighbourhood, with its picturesque streets and authentic Lisbon character. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return!
