As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. He checked us in, helped us set up a day tour to Sintra, and helped us book our train tickets to Porto. He was very kind and went above and beyond. The room was lovely and as pictured on the website. No surprises. We had a lovely patio with a view of the city. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

This hotel was a great location to visit Alfama and easy to take the Tram28 to the other side of town. Magnificent view in Lisbon and highly recommend for an authentic hotel clean amenities! Robes included were a treat. Loved our stay and highly recommend. Also good coffee which is always nice !!
