The apartment itself was nice and comfortable - with cute sweets.
The Facility is nice but the garden and common spaces feel empty and not used at all, because everything is automated. The building has no soul, which the pictures suggest.
Just a small message, please increase the storage space in the bathrooms - it would make a big difference.
Also, our shower was leaking and created big puddles of water but there is no one to easy report this to or speak to.

The location was very convenient for exploring Lisbon, with many interesting places and viewpoints within walking distance. The property has a charming old-style design and was fine for our two-night stay.
The room looked better in the photos than in reality. Some furniture and design elements felt worn and could benefit from maintenance and more thorough cleaning. The shower and toilet were very small, which may be uncomfortable for larger guests. Overall, the property would benefit from a refresh.

Great location near metro, bus, Lidle, miradouro (city watch terrace). Quite stylish in loft / XIX c style, but with modern fridge, oven, clean bathroom and shared garden with tables. Air conditioner was a life-saver for 36 C heat. Unusual entry, unusual stairs decorations. We did not use shared rooms. one below is truly a "salon" (could be useful for bigger company) and kitchen above (had in the room) but they were cosy. 3-layers toilet paper is a pleasant difference from the others. Kitchen utensils are a full set of needs.
At night the curtains were passing some light; at home we have 95% black-outs; OTOH younger me had slept in dormitory so no problem really. At the toilet I was using narrow part of washing bowl for toothpaste and lacked a small shelf for shaving accessories.

The location was good, within walking distance of city center. The room was clean and the staff , even if you don’t see anyone, but they are responsive if you contact them.
The room is pretty
Floor very noisy, it’s not fault of the building being old but of a low cost renovation. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the room was too hot. The aircon only works in summer and the temperature is controlled for the entire building. If we switched on the radiator , the air was hot. When we contacted the property, they provided a fan, but that wasn’t ideal.
We didn’t sleep well due to the mattress , noise and heat.
There isn’t a place to leave your luggage , so this is something to consider as well. You’ll need to pay for a locker or another place in case you need it
