Hele vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. Mooi uitzicht, zeker vanuit de ontbijtruimte. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het voelde heel veilig want niemand kon zomaar in en uit lopen. Ik mocht mijn tas achterlaten voordat ik naar de nachtbus ging, en het hotel heeft een betrouwbare taxi geregeld naar de nachtbus
Op laatste dag maakte ik gebruik en de algemene toilet, deze was vies. Maar kwam misschien doordat er een grote groep verbleef en die waren net uitgecheckt.

Very quiet, great view out over the city, friendly staff, decent breakfast with very flexible hours, very secure, has bag storage, spotlessly clean and they are willing to clean your room every day if desired
Had multiple issues getting hot water (three separate days). Needed to communicate with staff to give them advance notice of when we would need it, but struggled to understand the details because of our own Spanish deficiencies.

The room was extremely clean, the shower had really nice pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Leo from the reception was a pleasure to interact with, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from information about places worth visiting and restaurants, exchanging money, packing breakfast for our early day trip, to bringing us coca tea and a hairdryer. His warm and welcoming nature made our overall stay more pleasant.

The view
The staff didn't talk english, and didn't stay at the reception we had to wait outside a few times and they didn't get a credit card.
The room was cold with thin windows and the breakfast was poor
