Host was cooperative and helped us with early checkin and luggage storage. Location is good and close to tram station. Lot of food options close by.
Congested stairways proving difficulty in carrying luggage. The windows are not capable of insulating outside noise.

Location was great. Around a 10-20 mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque or suleymaniye mosque, etc.
The person on the counter was very friendly and helpful.
It was kinda a one-bed apartment with everything equipped, including fridge, microwave, stove etc.
The room/apartment was on the 3rd floor without a lift. kinda spiral stairs, which were fine for adults, but kids were not very comfortable.

The location of this hotel is excellent, placing you within easy walking or tram distance to all major historical sites, as well as lively food streets and souvenir shops. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating.
There are significant drawbacks to consider. The hotel does not live up to the advertised pictures; the rooms are smaller and the bathrooms and overall property require more thorough cleaning, and the Tv was not working
Additionally, the steep uphill walk to the tram can be very exhausting, and the daily service lacked consistency, with missed room cleaning and towel changes.
