Everything. Great team, we enjoyed talking to them. It's a small operation, very comfy. We had a separate flat, with a small balcony and a sufficient mini-kitchen. The price is unbeatable for this offer

The stairs make a little noise, but it wasn't a problem for me.

Our stay at Tom Square Boutique Hotel was fantastic. The owners were very lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The room itself was spacious and contained all the facilities needed and the bed was comfortable. The owners also went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost baggage from a flight.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Istanbul who are looking for a comfortable and reliable accommodation.

- Great location, like 15-20 min with uphills to the sightseeing places
- nice team and very clean
- modest breakfast but enough for a morning
- neighbours from other rooms were smoking inside and all smoke was in my room, I had to open windows and put the towel on the floor, but it didn’t help much
