The location right on the beach was the best part! Restaurants, bars and shops near the guest house.
Parking won’t be an issue as they have a lot of space and also the location is very easy to find on the main road.
Great stay if you are on budget but want to stay close to the beach.
A lot of locals that operate excursions directly on the beach.
The standard room was very hot also during the night but the fan has helped to keep a little breeze. Rooms are old and perhaps in need of a little update but for the price and location you can’t complain too much.

The location is wonderful, very quiet and safe. Only a few steps to the beach. great value for money. The view is amazing.
Everything in Treasure beach was walking distance and the small community is very friendly with no hassles. You can enjoy local bars, restaurants or just completely relax.
The beautiful young lady taking care of you at Waikiki is a true Gem. She is what makes your stay comfortable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Stunning location. Our room was 20 steps from the beach. The view from the veranda was incredible. Beach restaurant and bar was a five minute walk along the beach. Lots of other great places within a few minutes walk.
We we disappointed by the lack of facilities in the room. Towels and Bedlinen were provided. The fridge wasn’t plugged in prior to arrival and so took hours to chill - we had brought food and a hot fridge isn’t good. Expect nothing else to be provided. No cup, glasses or plates. This is Jamaica, so expect cold water only (unless the sun has heated the water in the pipes). This was an inconvenience - now we know to take a picnic set or paper plates and plastic glasses when we return. The disappoints paled against the positives. Simple inexpensive basic accommodation, we will be back (and prepared)

We booked the ocean view room with patio and it was fantastic! Right on the beach, sit on the balcony and enjoy the island lifestyle. Room is fairly basic but has everything you need including a fridge, incredible value at the price. We will be back!

The property is easy to find I drove there for the first time with no problems It's a large property with a safe feel to it especially from the perspective of a lone fit, cisgender male
The units are spaced to allow interaction with other guests yet with adequate privacy It creates a general warm relaxed low key atmosphere which is quite unique in this age of mega-resort vacation factories
The staff are more polite than a Canadian would brag about, very helpful, observant, appreciative, and most of all friendly
The property beach front is scattered with moored fishing boats which gives the place a distinct tone of local charm, and a few short steps away is all sea and sand you'll need during your stay The water isn't quiet but swimming isn't a problem
The rooms are clean and practical Love the bed-netting and the simplicity of the rooms WiFi is good
As for food, there are very inexpensive options nearby but off the beach area along the main road
Overall, the property is peaceful, spacious, basic and safe
I'm of average height for a man but found the beds a little short Also, a strong box/safe in the units would be welcome Otherwise, there aren't any real pressing concerns with the property or facilities It's a very reasonable offering for what you pay

NOTHING ABOUT THE PLACE IS GOOD IN MY OPINION.
Treating people with respect will always GO A LONG WAY. I have never been so disrespected as I was from the “owner” of this property. It is such a shame because the property overlooks the ocean beautifully and the stars light up the sky brightly from above, but none of that matters because that was overshadowed by his miserable behaviour and attitude.
Mistakes were made, on my part so I don’t want to come off as too biased and for that I apologized, but we still did not deserve to be treated that way.
If you do happen to check it out, the manager Cheville and another lady whose name I forgot would be the third and fourth best things about this place. They were wonderful and very considerate and sweet.
Thanks to you both, but you BOTH deserve better or even better buy the property from him and do your own thing🙏🏽

The guest house is located 50m from the beach. The host was very nice and showed us around the area and gave us some tips. It's somewhat difficult to get there, however it was nice an quiet and a welcoming change after the bustle of Kingston.

Location was spot on... I love that the property had a veranda looking out at the sea, amenities close by..friendly locals, apartment had cooking appliances. Easy access to the beach which was peaceful. Looking forward to going back soon.
I was in a group floor apartment. So at times noisy from upstairs moving chairs on or off the balcony.

The location was perfect! So chill so close to the beach so beautiful. Very recommended! Not a fancy place for those who seak that but if you just need a cute room with a beautiful location on the beach this place is perfect
