The property was well laid out with cozy bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was nice and well equipped.

The location was great
both bathrooms / toilets were located on the ground floor, not ideal with 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom needs an exhaust fan for the shower. The second shower needs a shower curtain. The washing machine makes a terrible noise when using. The bean bags and couches upstairs need replacing/ at a minimum more beans.The outside is quite rundown

Perfect little set up, clean and everything we could need as well as extra little games and stuff for the kids. The fireplace was great and a nice close little walk to the beach! Will 100% be staying again!

Cute little place with heaps of character. The house has everything you need, it’s comfortable and there were heaps of activities on offer in the house. Nice entertainment area. Not far from beautiful Eagle Bay and a short drive to Dunsborough. We also met the cleaners who arrived not long after 10am on checkout and they were very lovely.
Unfortunately during our stay there was a leak in the main bathroom/toilet accompanied by a god awful stench. Brown coloured liquid bubbling from under the floor boards. Bit inconvenient for us all to share the ensuite in the main bedroom but we made it work. We notified the manager who was pleasant to deal with and they sent out a plumber straight away who couldn’t fix the leak until the house was free from guests which was disappointing. We understand these things happen but management did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, just “apologies”.
