The Space:

Perfectly positioned just one street back from Eagle Bay Beach, Mira Cabin offers a peaceful coastal escape with the Margaret River Region on your doorstep. Set across two light-filled levels, this welcoming coastal sanctuary blends warm timber finishes and relaxed styling to create an inviting base for exploring Eagle Bay.



On the lower level, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing family meals, including modern appliances, generous bench space and a dining table for shared breakfasts or long evening dinners. Beside the dining area, two armchairs surround the fireplace, creating a cosy nook to enjoy a book or a glass of local wine. Large doors open onto the spacious covered deck, complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ, hammock and a ping pong table, offering plenty of room to relax while overlooking the peaceful garden surrounds.



Upstairs, the main living area sits beneath the vaulted ceilings with a TV and direct access to the balcony, providing another quiet place to gather or enjoy the treetop outlook. The home includes three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, with the primary king bedroom conveniently located on the lower level alongside its ensuite, while the two queen bedrooms are upstairs. A second full bathroom services the upper level, making the layout ideal for families or groups seeking extra privacy.



Additional conveniences include a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, an internal laundry with washer and dryer, beach essentials for days by the water, and secure garage parking.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the peaceful coastal enclave of Eagle Bay, the home is perfectly positioned for enjoying some of the Margaret River Region's most celebrated attractions. Spend your mornings swimming or walking along the white sands of Eagle Bay Beach, then explore nearby Meelup Beach, Cape Naturaliste or the scenic Cape to Cape Track. Local favourites including Eagle Bay Brewing Co., Wise Winery and Meelup Farmhouse are all just a short drive away for relaxed lunches and wine tastings. Dunsborough is around five minutes away, offering cafés, boutiques, supermarkets and everyday essentials, while free parking makes it easy to explore the region by car.

Garage and driveway parking are available for your stay.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
