Nestled in Wild Dunes, this lovely condo for $414 per night is a great choice for your next break. There is a Swedish proverb that says, "Life without love is like a year without summer". After your visit to "Just Add Sun" at 519 Seascape, you might say "A year without summer, is like a vacation without renting 519 Seascape". It is difficult words to describe this terrific condominium located near the tip of the Isle of Palms in Wild Dunes. The view is the first stunning aspect of this home. Located on the top floor of the Seascape Condominiums, 519 Seascape features a large dining table that seats six with a high bar table and two stools looking to the northeast as beachgoers, dolphins, and kiteboarders make their way towards you. Inside you will be breathless, as the beauty and attention to detail overwhelm your senses. One of the premier interior decorators in Charleston renovated and decorated this home. Imported tile flooring, premium carpeting, and wonderful bathrooms are just a few of the improvements that separate this condominium from the majority on the Island. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and is thoroughly equipped to handle all of your needs during your vacation. The living room is highlighted with a large flat-screen television, leather sofa, and comfortable seating. Each bedroom has a magnificent king bed, with equally nice bedding and accessories. Please note that the upper king bedroom is a loft overlooking the living area and out towards the ocean. When it is time to hit the beach, you will first walk by the private pool for the Seascape Community. The ocean views from the pool are tremendous. After crossing a small set of dunes your family will be on the beach within one minute of leaving the elevator. Wide and clean, the beach at Seascape is very unique in that it takes different forms as the tide rolls in and out. Additional Amenities Include: • High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date. • Full size washer and dryer. • Parking for two cars. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. The beauty, views, and design of 519 Seascape will bring your family back year after year. It just will not feel like a vacation unless they are staying in 519 Seascape. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - The pool is not heated. - Due to the construction, the entrance to the building may be challenging to spot, but it is located to the left of the scaffolding. Parking Details: - Parking spot accommodates 2 cars. - Parking for Seascape is first come first serve. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. Great location, beautiful view. Broken bar stool, broken lamp. Washer/dryer very dated (rust). Sheets in master with dog hair - mgr brought new sheets to us. Good otherwise.

The ad says that one side of the building is being "renovated" so rentals have been reduced. There is a huge difference between renovation and active construction. First, every morning at 745-8 am I was woke up by the loud construction. Second, you have to walk through an active construction zone to go to the pool or elevator. The ad makes it seem like one side of the building is being "renovated." I honestly have no idea how this company is renting condos in an active construction zone and there are a lot of safety hazards getting to your condo. You cannot access the bathrooms by the pool OR the shower to wash off your foot due to construction. Only one elevator is working, and it got stuck twice this week with guest on it. At one point the elevator wasn't working at all--thankfully, I am able to walk up 5 flights of stairs but my elderly mom cannot. The construction is outside of the building. So you cannot hear anyone talk even if they are 2 ft from you while at the pool. If I would have been warned about the fact this place is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and certain amenities are not available, I would have never paid this price. I have never been so angry with a rental company in my life. I feel completely scammed.

The property was perfect for our group. Work on roof had left the balcony furniture very dirty but a call to property manager took care of the issue. The same with no internet or TV. Eric, the gentleman who took care of that went above the call of duty and got us squared away.

The beachfront property was just what the doctor ordered. We loved every aspect of our stay - from ease of check-in to the restorative yoga on the balcony to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore. This property was just perfect for our group of 6 adults - we can’t get back here fast enough!

Week long moms week away in this perfect condo not he beach! The condo is perfectly appointed with clean linens (I suggest bring your own thirsty beach towels if that is your thing) The beach was perfect every day, the pool was perfect. We rented "e-bikes" for a 24 hour period and rode then to Sullivan's island for late lunch and day and ice cream closer to home at ben and jerry's WHAT a perfect day. Also did the dolphin tour. One day in Charleston doing Carriage ride, lunch, Market. The Condo was perfect for our needs THANK you so much! Beds were super comfortable for these grannies with bodies with aches and pains. We dreamed of bringing our grandchildren back to IOP.

Luxury priced for a place that needs "a lot" of work. Only one elevator worked most of the week, people kept getting stuck in the other one, including some of my own family. It looked like the building had structural problems with it, Metal Beams were bolted to one side looked like holding building up, and the stucco had been cut away all around the bottom exposing where the building was bolted to the footer, looked like they were doing reinforcement work. One day there was a strong sewer smell by the pool which made hanging by the pool miserable, No restaurants near by, had to drive 15-20 minutes to get anything to eat. Rooms were decent but not worth the price paid.

Really enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the balcony & enjoying the ocean view was great. Having an oceanfront place was fantastic. Accommodations were very good with the king beds & dedicated bathrooms.

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Love the screened porch and clothes line - great idea. I wish there was a game or two (we left Uno cards) to help pass the time on bad weather days. We rented 2 bikes and 3 beach chairs from VayK rentals but the condo already had 2 chairs and the weather wasn’t warm enough to sit on the beach anyway - wish we had rented 4 bikes instead! We contacted the management for one small repair (fixed quickly!) and to get the pool access code (texted within an hour) - great responsiveness.

We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the beautiful beach. Both days we took the kids on a walk towards the golf course end of the beach and played (at low tide) in the little inlet. The rooms were spacious, kitchen well stocked and appliances very well kept.
