You won't find anything like these incredible condos at Emerald Pointe! This condo is located right on the water, so you're only a few steps from Table Rock Lake. You will love going for a walk with your dog on the shore, enjoying family time in the pool, or taking in the beautiful Ozarks from the large patio - you can do it all and more at this luxurious condo! The interior of the condo is packed with amenities, such as free wifi, granite countertops, a whirlpool tub and more. There is also an elevator to take you to your condo level. Bring your pet and your boat (available to park at the adjacent marina) and come see what makes guests return to this property year after year. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! You will love the feel of this condo the moment you walk in - bright colors, an open floor plans, and original signed art by Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff. It's truly your home-away-from-home in the heart of the Ozarks. - Living Area - The spacious living area is the perfect headquarters for your family vacation. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) accommodates two extra guests. There is also a flat screen television, and we have stocked the condo with plenty of DVDs (including Yakov's specials). This is truly one of the best places to make family memories! - Two Bedrooms - The bedroom suites in this property are very private. Located on either side of the main hallway, both suites are connected to their own bathrooms. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom has a standard full bathroom. Our guests tell us that our beds are the most comfortable, so you are guaranteed to have a great night's sleep after spending a fun-filled day out on Table Rock Lake. Both bedrooms also include a flat screen television. - Fully-Equipped Kitchen - The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal - you just provide the food! There's plenty of counter space on the granite countertops, and the stainless steel appliances are all full size, including the dishwasher. The dining room table seats six, and there is also additional space at the breakfast bar. The views of the lake from the dining room windows are incredible! This property also includes a washer and dryer. - Additional Information - The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for easy access to activities and the scenery of the lake is beautiful. The communication with the property manager for any questions was fast and courteous. I recommend this place to others.

My wife, daughter (age 10), son (age 6), and I stayed here from July 3rd - July 8th 2023. Clean, well kept, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony and kitchen, everything in working order, all the kitchen cookware, utensils, etc everything we needed to cook. Condo is in a quiet neighborhood and feels off the beaten path of Branson but still only 15-20 minute drive to SDC, Branson Landing, Top of the Rock, etc. Check In/Out was smooth and owners/management were easy to communicate with. They responded to questions very quickly. Overall great experience and we will stay here again. A few comments/recommendations/considerations below for future renters that don’t take away from my 5 star rating: - The outdoor furniture on the balcony could use some updating/replacement. At a minimum the cushions should be replaced. I’m sure they take a beating in the sun and guests laying wet towels and swim trunks on them. They had a bit of an odor to them and we’re not super comfortable. - The Yakov Smirnoff print art and his family photos in every room is kind of weird, but that’s okay I don’t mind weird. Not necessarily creepy or anything, just a surprise. Was not expecting a Yakov themed condo. What a country! - Note to parents of younger kids: The pool has a rough bottom and walls under water that scraped up my kids feet to the point of bleeding. I saw a lot of other kids asking their moms for band aids as well. Have your kids wear water shoes in the pool.

First time visiting Branson area with husband and teen daughters. 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. Condo was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view overlooking the lake as if you were distant from hustle and bustle but still close to all attractions.

Girls trip to just get away for relaxation. We drank coffee and enjoyed the balcony views while we visited, all day long. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Our family loved staying in this condo. The views were incredible of the lake with a screened-in porch on the back. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby with more room to spare. The kitchen had lots of room to cook, but I would say it needed more cookware and serving bowls to make good family-style meals. We will be happy to stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights! Beautiful skies and lake view from living room and kitchen. Even the snow was beautiful over the lake! Definitely plan to come back when the trees are green and more boats in the water to watch!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would be nice if there were a few more cleaning supplies like Windex or something so we could clean the glass table but no worries. One thing to be aware of you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do, so hope for quiet neighbors lol
