This property is full of signed paintings by world-famous Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff, and you will love the lively stories of Yakov's travels that he has brought to life in his beautiful art. The condo is pet-friendly (please see note below), and includes free wifi. You will love the views of the lake, and there is a marina only 200 yards from the door of the condo. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! - Living Area - The living area is very spacious, and there is an abundance of natural light throughout the room. We've included a sleeper sofa that is fitted with luxury linens, and there is a large selection of DVDs (including Yakov's comedy specials) and games that the whole family will enjoy. We believe that vacations are for making lifelong memories, and this condo is the perfect location to do just that. - Bedrooms - The main bedrooms are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached full bathroom, with the master bath also including a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. There is nothing quite like soaking in large whirlpool after a long, fun-filled day spent at Silver Dollar City. We have high standards for all of our properties, and this condo is no exception. We only use high-thread-count sheets on our beds, and both bedrooms include a flat screen television. You'll quickly see why our guests tell us we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in! - Kitchen/Dining - The kitchen and dining area of the condo faces the lake, and the property has been built with large windows so you'll have gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake. The dining room provides seating for six, and you can sit at the breafast bar for a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal, whether you are warming up lefftovers or cooking a five-course meal. You'll love the full size stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and the granite countertops. There is also a washer and dryer in this property, so you can dry your beach towels before heading back out for another day on the lake. - Additional Information - The best place to start your day is on the walkout patio. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. We stayed in December and I was so surprised to be welcomed by a lit up Christmas tree in the living room!! I was so excited. It made our stay perfect. We loved the condo, it was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dog, it had a grassy area right off the patio and great view. The only complaint we had was that the people upstairs kept us up. You can hear them walk around or really sounded like a pack of dogs running around, we are not sure. I recommend bringing your earplugs.

Lovely stay in clean, well appointed, comfortable condo. The hosts thought of everything—snacks, coffee, kitchenware, games, videos. Very comfortable beds and such a gorgeous location! We enjoyed a fun retreat with friends. Property manager was very communicative and helpful with all aspects. Thank you for your hospitality!

The upstairs condo was extremely noisey the first time until 3 am. Very inconsiderate of others. There's a hefty cleaning fee- but dirt under the bed, dust on all the end tables, thick dust on head board of master suite, master bed is wore out. The view is really grown up compared to the picture.

The space in the condo was great - just a few comments. The hammock on the patio blocked the view of the lake most of the time because it was windy. The furniture was attractive but seemed that a little worn - the chair cushions sunk a lot when sat on and were uncomfortable after a while. Two in our group were 73 and 81 and found that the toilets were extremely low. Perhaps its because most of us have "comfort height" toilets these days. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great with all the necessities present.

The condo was amazing, truly amazing! It was very spacious, updated, clean and everything we needed was there. The only thing missing was the hammock that was pictured. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nap or reading a good book while hanging out there! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Both rooms at the front of the Condo. Living, dining and kitchen all at the back with picturesque views of the water. Nice little patio with a hammock and a short walk to the water. A little bit of noise from the condo above, but not enough to be an issue. No pantry items for cooking other than salt and pepper, so if you plan on cooking, bring everything. The BBQ on the back patio is an electric BBQ (think giant George Foreman). Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bedroom was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

I would highly recommend The View at Emerald Pointe!! It was clean, cozy and had everything that we needed. The location couldn't be beat and was literally steps away from Table Rock as well as the pool. We would definitely return.

This was kind of a last minute decision. It was very simple to book and the check in went well. The condo was very clean and spacious. Wish we could have docked our boat nearby instead of having to put it in and pull it out each day and store it offsite. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts! It rained 2 of the days we were there, but we found things to do within an hour drive of the condo. Very pretty area, friendly people.

I really enjoyed my stay- I have to laugh, I didn't realize that it was Yakov Smirnoff's home! I guess I didn't read details. I loved his paintings all over. The condo was clean and comfy, the beds were great! I loved that it was just a hop skip and a jump to the lake down a cute little path. The managers were great and friendly! I recommend this place to others! The only disadvantage was, we are from the country and the people upstairs were quite loud- but they finally fell asleep and all was good.

We stayed in this condo for a quick spring break getaway. Everything was comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. There are 6-7 stairs from the parking lot to the ground level condo. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Very spacious, quality finishes throughout, comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked with supplies. Amazing views of Table Rock Lake! The administration and management are top notch unlike any we have ever rented from before now. Highly recommend The View at Emerald Pointe to friends and family!!!
