The floor plan is open, so everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and relax. If you love the water, this is the condo for you! The property is steps away from the Table Rock Lake shore, and there is an adjacent marina and a pool on-site. Inside the condo you will find all the amenities you expect in a luxury property - free wifi, incredible views, an elevator to your condo level, stainless appliances, and so much more. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! You will love the feel of this condo the moment you walk in - bright colors, an open floor plans, and original signed art by Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff - come see what guests are raving about! - Living Area - The living area has large windows, so you'll get to enjoy beautiful views and so much natural light in the space. There is beautiful new flooring throughout the space, and we've included a sleeper sofa (fitted with luxury linens, of course) to accommodate two extra guests. There is also a large flat screen television and several movies (including Yakov's comedy specials) for you to enjoy as well. - Two Bedrooms - The two bedroom suites are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached bath, and our guests tell us all the time that we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept on. The master suite connects to a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to its own standard full bath. - Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room - The kitchen and dining area looks out to the lake through large windows. The views are incredible in any season, and the dining room provides seating for six. There is also a breafast bar for additional seating or just a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything to make any meal - whether you are warming something up or cooking a five-course meal. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. - Additional Information - The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. The unit was great. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The view was fantastic. The unit was even decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. Just remember that this is a pet friendly facility (as advertised) and you may have a barking dog next door. That was the only negative for us.

Fall is a beautiful time to visit Hollister/Branson. We came to do some fishing. Not much luck. We did enjoy our time downtown at Branson Landing. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Love the place and the view, they even have a 24x7 support number if you run into any issues. Stayed in Branson many times and never stayed anywhere that had 24/7 support I will definitely look for Branson vacation rentals again. The condo definitely has anything you could possibly need for the kitchen or anywhere else , thank you Branson vacation rentals.

Everything was great. Only thing negative would be that I wasn't prepared for there being no plastic wrap, foil and things along those lines for leftovers.

We loved the view. We enjoyed every sunset. Condo was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms large. Kitchen large. Kitchen cooking pots, pans and utensils sparse. Service ware abundant. Top of the list for when we return.

We've stayed in numerous condos in various resorts around the Branson area. This, by far, is the best we've experienced. The condo was very clean, the perfect size for our group of six, and the view of Table Rock Lake was outstanding. Both of our daughters brought a friend with them, so the four kids enjoyed the grassy area below the condo balcony to kick around a soccer ball, as well as the path to the lake. The condo was well stocked for cooking, even though we didn't, because we were only there two nights. The beds were very comfortable, and the living furniture was perfect for our group to watch tv and visit. The living room also had several games and movies for our use. The snacks on the kitchen counter were a nice surprise that most resorts do not provide. We loved our short stay here, and will definitely be back.

The condo was nice and as advertised. I have not stayed in a condo for some time as we usually VRBO cabins and such. The neighbors walking above were very load but probably normal. The condo also did not have standard trash bags which caused a problem of course. All and all, nice stay with a good view

we've stayed at this property before, different unit/owner and very clean, essentials in unit. This unit wasn't the cleanest walking across the floor would make our feet black, no trash bags, dw soap starters that were believed supposed to be there , furniture not very comfortable.

The view is beautiful and the condo well-kept. The only downfalls were finding dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the thin ceilings. Every step from above us sounded like they could come through the ceiling. Apologies for leaving some dry food in the cabinets and a bottle of Tito's. We realized we forgot these when we got home. Enjoy the vodka!
