This New cottage is great for Large Families or Large groups. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms on it main floor and a spectacular view of Black Point's beautiful harbour. This villa also has an amazing wrap around deck with a stair case leading down to the waters edge.
Exuma Vacation Rentals are situated in the small, quiet, peaceful community of Black Point, Exuma Cays, Bahamas. Five miles south of Staniel Cay, Exuma. Sourrounded by clear, tranquil, aquamarine waters and beautiful untouched beaches, we offer you a much slower pace from the everyday hectic lifestyle of the city. You can enjoy nature to it fullest. Book a boat tour from us, to visit the Exuma Land and sea park, swim with nurse sharks, see the Iguanas or the swimming pigs, swim in the world famous Thunder Ball Grotto or go to a place where the fish can eat right out your hands. You can even rent a boat or Jet Ski's and just go out for a romantic lunch on one of the many prestine untouch beaches or sand bars through out the surrounding Cays. If you choose to just do absolutely nothing, you can lay back and enjoy the sun rise and set over the crystal clear waters from the privicy of your bungalows.
There are local restaurants where you can take a short golf cart ride down the street to enjoy some native Bahamian dishes. If you choose to eat in, you can make it special with your very own fresh catch of snapper, grouper (seasonal), lobster (seasonal) etc from an exciting fishing trip. Also there are a few small local stores where you pick up a few basic items but it is recommend that you bring your favorite 'must have' along with you. So come on down and enjoy all that we have to offer!

Ulrisa and Breadboy were awesome and the location was beautiful. My wife and our three kids had an awesome time and it's about the most beautiful setting imaginable. I'd recommend setting up a boat rental for part of the trip to explore all of the small islands and sites.
We swam with pigs, snorkled, petted sharks and much more. Great vacation and hosts couldn't have been better.

The house was in a great location on the beach with easy access to all the restaurants. It was a great place for my family and friends staying at other near by houses to gather.

We came to Black Point with our two kids ages 10 and 12. It was the most incredible, beautiful and relaxing experience. Bread Boy and Ulrisa are so welcoming and accommodating! They were so friendly and easy to rent from. They ensured we had groceries for our stay on the island and were willing to help with any requests we had. The home is right on the beautiful beach where the tide comes in and out. Our kids loved finding the starfish, sand dollars, sea hare’s, tiny crabs and any other little sea creatures that got stuck when the tide went out. The water is so clear we were able to see sting rays, colorful fish and lemon sharks while in the water and from the patio at the house.
We rented a golf cart and used it to explore the island. We loved dining at the different restaurants on Black Point. The chef at Emerald’s makes the most delicious Bahamian Mac and cheese! The Yacht Club’s pina coladas may be the best my husband and I have ever had. We devoured two large pizzas from Deshamon’s. And the ham and cheese omelet from Lorraine’s cafe was cooked perfectly. We can’t forget the amazing coconut bread baked fresh daily by Lorraine’s mom! We’re dreaming of having another loaf!
Bread Boy and Ulrisa set up two amazing boat charters for us. Our first was a day on the water with Captain Magic! A day we will never forget. Iguana Island, swimming/feeding the pigs, swimming with the sharks, the underwater sea aquarium, exploring the grotto and Magic, knowing our boys loved hitting waves on the boat, gave us some extra speed on the way home!
Our second charter with Captain Ralph was a day for fishing. Captain Ralph taught our boys how to hand fish. The smiles on their faces when they pulled in fish were priceless!
Thank you Bread Boy and Ulrisa for helping us have such an unforgettable vacation! The residents of Black Point were so friendly and welcoming! We can’t wait to visit again! ❤️
