The house is in a terrific location. It is spacious with a great kitchen and all the comfort, very clean. There is also a great laundry. The AC works well, each room has its own. In the bedrooms the AC is a bit loud to the point we turned it off at night but overall not a big problem. Julius the property manager was very responsive and made everything easy.

House is in a great location. Directly on the beach. There were some issues that the house had. There were no pots and pans! Seems the previous renter took them with them. Julius the property manager went out and bought some new ones. The water pump went out also and Julius fixed it the same day! Julius did a great job responding to our needs. We would rent again.
