Magnificent Beachfront Townhome
Gorgeous stretches of white sand and blue hues as the sky meets the ocean welcome you to the finest area on Jimmy Hill. This luxury townhome has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and capacity to sleep 10.
Upon entering the townhome, you are met with a stunning view of the ocean through a glass wall that can be fully opened to bring in the beautiful outside. The modern kitchen offers everything needed to enjoy a lavish meal or a casual beachside spread. The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings with room to spare. A stylish half bath is conveniently located here for easy guest access.
Stepping outside onto the private covered patio, you will immediately feel the ocean breeze. Choose to lounge on the plush patio furniture or one of the lounge chairs by the infinity edge pool and hot tub. Or, step off the patio onto the soft, white sand just feet away from the ocean waves. The beautiful beach extends 8 miles to the left and 2 miles to the right.
The upstairs double master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the sprawling grounds and spectacular ocean. It has a king-sized bed and a screened off separate area containing a full-size bed, perfect for a family. A wall mounted TV allows for viewing from any angle. Here, there is a bookcase with DVDs and books. The master bath has a walk-in shower that can easily accommodate 2 people, twin vessel sinks, and a water closet with a separate door to keep private matters very private.
The second upstairs bedroom boasts its own smaller balcony that sits nestled among the palms and foliage overlooking the grounds. There is a pedestal jetted tub with a hand-held shower wand in the cheerfully decorated bathroom. In addition to the TV, there is a separate writing desk, a perfect spot to unwind after an active, sun-filled, adventurous day.
Both upstairs bedrooms are separated by an office/loft which has a pull-out leather couch that will sleep 2.
The downstairs bedroom is well appointed and has a private outdoor patio space (with an outdoor shower). The bathroom is fully handicapped/wheelchair accessible including the (indoor) shower area.
This luxury townhome has easy access just across Jimmy Hill to the airport and is minutes away from shopping and exciting island excursions. Enjoy the many ways to interact with nature.

The condo was well suited for our family of 5, with plenty of room to spare for sure. Just was it was described and posted. The hosts were terrific and very responsive to all my questions. Will definitely go back to the Bahamas and renting at this property.

The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, secure, and very well equipped for all of our needs. It has comfortable beds and was tastefully decorated as well. Very nice place to relax and share meals with amazing views!The photos of the outdoor area do not do it justice. The beach is absolutely stunning! The shades of blue over the ocean (sea?) are mesmerizing and the water crystal clear with a sandy bottom, making it very welcoming to swim in. It has sugary white sand that you can walk on for quite some ways. The pool is fantastic as well- heated and well maintained. It could use a few more loungers for when all of the units are full and everyone is at the pool, but that was rare on our visit.We saw much of the gorgeous island, and enjoyed our location at the villa the most. It is also very convenient to local grocery stores, which the hosts graciously shared about in the welcome email and other communications. Everything about it was simple and well communicated. Awesome hosts!

Beautiful house with all necessary amenities and a fabulous view with pool, hot tub and beach access.Only problem was the internet not being strong enough to run the TV channels to see the Olympics. Wouldn't normally watch TV on vacation so not so much of a problem.
