This villa has 6 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom alone with another two side-by-side two villas. Each has a private, south facing pool and spa open to conservation view. If rent all three villas together, there will be 16 Bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, three private pool and two SPAs( please see listing VRBO list #498062 for detailed description of the other two villas). We are conveniently located in the community of Silver Creek, only 9 miles to Disney parks! Following description is about the 6 bedroom villa. Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! The villa has two master en-suites with king size bed and its own large private bathroom, two queen bed rooms, and two guest rooms with twin beds, plus two fold-able beds. It comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. The pool and spa can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. The pool has a child safety fence and gate. 6 Cable TVs and free phone calls to United States and Canada. A Sony Play Station 2 with games adds more fun to your young members (just bring your favorite games). WiFi is free too. There are 6 bedrooms. A king master suite, one queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with a shared bath on the first floor. Another king master suite, one queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two bathrooms on second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer, Bed linen and towels are provided. The local and domestic long distance phone call is free. There was broken doors and drawers the pool was to be hot and it was so cold we could not get in it or enjoy it. There where roches in the house

It's ok as just a basic stay. The neighborhood is nice and its not a bad drive to the parks, approximately 30min to get from the house into any of the disney parks. The house itself is in need some serious care & repairs. Most windows are missing panels on the blinds, towels and sheets could use being replaced as there are mystery stains on all of them, no dish soap/sponge (I understand they wouldn't provide a full size bottle but at least a small bottle would be appreciated), no extra garbage bags anywhere to be found. Cleanliness - this property is definitely not what I would ever call clean. We opted to not sit on the couches much as they were covered in stains. The house was not clean at all. The property manager was accessible and replied when emailed, although we didn't reach out much during our stay only when we arrived 30 minutes early to ask if we could access the home early. All in all the property did the job but I would say it isnt worth the nightly rate - if they did some repairs and got it cleaned better between stays it would be a different story.

Upon arrival of this residence my party was greeted by unclean surfaces, stained (and possibly moulding) furniture and obviously dirty sheets that appeared to have dried *ahem* human fluids on it. When we contacted the information provided on the check in sheet we were jerked around by the owner, property manager, and VRBO for 24 hours before we decided to quickly book another accommodation on a different platform and enjoy the rest of our vacation. The images are also not accurate, the furniture in the home is different and much older than what is pictured. Do yourself a favor and just skip this listing.

Everything was great! The house was very comfortable, all 5 of us fit with no issues. The four bathrooms were a huge plus as no one had to share. The host was very responsive with a couple questions we had early on. Definitely would stay again!

The pool was a fantastic size and was cleaned twice whilst we were there, the kids loved the pool, could do with a few more pool chairs, a couple were broken and quite dangerous. Didn’t use the bbq as it had been left dirty buy the previous occupants. But not an issue. Location was great, nice and quiet in a nice area. About 25 mins to Disney, but Universal and sea world a bit of a trek around 45 to an hour. Beds were comfy, if I have one criticism it’s that the furniture and beds are a bit…..Adams Family. Could do with moderning up a bit. Having said that, if we went back as a group this property would be top of the list

The home was just average: Would we stay again: Maybe: If home was updated with the basic updates completed Pros: Close to everything, Quiet neighborhood. 15-20 mins from the parks 5- 10 mins from the stores and a few fast-food places Very spacious and plenty of rooms Trimmed and maintained lot Cons: Needs updated all around- House needs some love and care placed back into the home. Missing curtains from rooms and damaged blinds to block out Florida heat and light. Couches and furniture were uncomfortable to sit on after long day at beach or Parks Most of the mattresses were outdated and uncomfortable for our liking Kitchen appliances need an update i.e., refrigerator was older did not make ice, microwave was outdated, stove was lined with aluminum foil which is to protect but proper care this would not be needed. Pool table was missing 3 balls and had a broken corner pocket- We didn’t play nor contact management, just needed repairs. Older AC worked but “overworked” for the size of home A lot of lights and switches did not work just like several past reviews, before booking I would have assumed basic repairs would have been done before renting again. POOL: just like most reviews pools functions did not work correctly Pump was overworked and rusted with damaged leak- been that way for several months/year. This is causing pool to lose prime and shut off. “Per maintenance team that arrived onsite- he stated he was going to put a work order in to replace pump”

The house was dirty. Had broken windows. Molded shower upstairs. Whole in walls. Lights in kitchen did not work. Charged fir pool heat however poll heat was only on half the time from 9am-9pm. We were in parks until 9pm. That cost an extra $410. But the kicker over all was the charge to bring my daughter service dog. When clearly VRBO. Says that the owners can not charge this fee. The owner refused to release or email me the address until I paid the pet fee The owner refused to respond to my emails once I paid the fees. I reached out VRBO about the problems. The owners refused to answer the calls VRBo places also on my behalf. Over all the whole experience was horrible The house was in deplorable condition, and the owners would not help us. I forgot to mention that the pool door was broken and the enclosure and screens were ripped out around the pool, so my children were not safe at all by no means. Like I said, this was a horrible experience, and the house was deplorable.

We enjoyed our stay in the home. It's close to the Disney parks with plenty of routes to avoid traffic. Walmart is right there, and quite a few restaurants and services in the area. The home had enough bedrooms for 5 adults to spread out and have our privacy. The pool and spa were a great refresher after long days at the parks. My only complaint, which I shared with the owners, was that there was not an iron and the ironing board was broken. Most people wouldn't care about that but for me it was an issue. I would recommend the home to others.

Family trip to Disney…this house was perfect! Tons of bedrooms, plenty of room for extended family, and the kids loves the pool! Just close enough to Disney, but far enough away. Would definitely stay here again

House is huge. Some of the furniture needs updating. When we got there at night the house was still dirty from the previous people. We had to strip beds and wash all the sheets to go to bed. We were up till 3 am. Trash every where. Had to sweep and vacuum cus there was so much mess. The cleaning company did come the next day and basically kicked us out of the house for 6 hours so they could clean. And of course no response from Ann about our problems. They have our money and can care less if we have any problems. The heat in the hot tub was not worth the 228.00 we had to pay just for heat in the pool and hot tub. Basically, I would not stay here again.

So arrived on property electrical outlet on porch and porch fan didn’t work. Coffee maker broken had to purchase my own for the two week stay. Was left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 bathroom jacuzzi didn’t work except one day when a guy brought over a replacement knob he was supposed to be back next day with correct knob he never showed up that was a waste of money other than that the owner was very quickly to get back to me unfortunately the maintenance company they have did a poor job.

While I've seen this property get nitpicked apart for the slightest things, I wanted to first say that if you are looking for 10 star quality then no this place is not for you. However it was perfect for my family (14 of us, ranging from 6 wks to 72 yrs old and 1 furbaby) When I look at a place I want clean that I feel comfortable putting my barefeet on the floor, body under the covers, and my toushy on the toilet without worry or concern. This place was just that, while there was some dust in the corners and such I do not even consider that for a negative review...I have common sense enough to know that this place isn't occupied 365 so dust comes. The beds were clean, the pool was clean, pool heat wasn't as warm as we liked but that's just our personal preference, it was still comfortable to swim in. Ann was great working with us through our changes and last minute requests, she always answered back to my email in less then 24 hrs. As far as I'm concerned she earns 5 stars from us based on communication alone. I would definitely stay here again in the future without a doubt. Thanks Again for a wonderful stay Wendy

The house was full of dust and the floors were dirty. The bath towels were dirty and little kitchen utensils. The dish washer was leaking water on the kitchen floor every time you used it. The microwave door was falling off and the refrigerator was rusted on the outside. The pool was leaking water and had to add water every day. On a whole the home needs a complete updating.

I seen a resent post about the hot tub not working and was reinsured that it did. When we arrived it did not they had more them three weeks to fix. The pool table is in bad shape as well. Very Limited Kitchen supplies. The house it’s self is very nice.

The fridge didn’t work when we arrived, so we called the company and they sent someone out the next day. We had to buy several ice bags just to keep our groceries from going bad. The fridge did end up working later, but it was leaking a weird yellow fluid out the bottom that we had to keep wiping up. The house was a bit grimy overall, it needs a deep clean. The pool light did not work, and we paid for pool heat so we could use the hot tub, but it only ever got warm, not hot. Also, only one jet in the hot tub works - which was a huge disappointment because we rented this house and paid $95 for the pool heat specifically to use the hot tub. Overall it could be a nice rental, the owner was friendly and the number of rooms and bathrooms is great for the price, but it needs to be cleaned and the hot tub and fridge need to be fixed.

This house is big it does have 6 rooms and when we got there the towels that were in the bathrooms were all dirty and the wifi there does not work fells like the house is hunted there is a lot of door locks that are broken that don’t work the pool was very dirty when we got there and and also a lot of lights didn’t turn on

Let me start with 1. wifi was not working it was horrible, 2. Tvs where not working 3. Bed sheets where nasty all dusty and in one of the had blue stains we had to was them 4. Pool was not as clean 4. The rice maker was broken 5. We found a roach on one of the bed 6.the grill was nasty filled with bugs and just so nasty, we had to kill a lot of flys in the backyard of how many flys there was, the house is nice it just need lots of cleaning and the main thing that got my family mad is we called management so many times they said they would call back I stayed a week I called almost everyday they said the same thing we will check what’s wrong and we will call back never got that call back There service was just not good

Overall this was a great property; however I want to point out a few things that could be improved. 1. Many of towels were visibly dirty in which we did not use. 2. There was hair in the master bathroom downstairs and the shared bathroom upstairs. 3. There were jet dry dishwasher tablets in the bathroom serving as soap? 4. There were lightbulbs missing in the kitchen.

My family absolutely loved this property. Im sure no one enjoyed it as much as I did. The vast amount of wildlife that was within eye reach daily was sooooo wonderful. Besides the number of birds, we also had a frog visit us.

We enjoyed the lay out of the house the owners were pleasant to deal with. The main problem we had was the house needs some maintenance just little things like light bulbs and repairs. Pool jets weren't working correctly and we could see a leak in the pump that looked like it was sorta fixed but not all the way. Still was great to have the pool. The kitchen needs larger pans for cooking's so I suggest bringing your own. For a 6 bedroom house you tend to cook for a larger crowd. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It's a nice house.

First, I want to say that the owners were responsive, friendly, and helpful when I booked the property and was one of the reasons I picked this location over others. For the number of people we had (10), it was a good price. However, when we got to the property, it was another story. The house was very dirty. Microwave looked like something exploded. One of the kids bought a wet swiffer because all our feet turned black from the dirt on the floor. The dryer never dried any clothing and we had to hang out clothing on the pool fence. The ice maker did not work, which was fine, but there were no ice cube trays to make ice. The kitchen supplies were at a bare minimum. Looks like it might have been fully stocked at some point, but not any longer. The day we got there, something was wrong with the pool filter. We called the property manager and they sent the pool cleaner out to the house. The pump started working and worked the entire time, but we never had pool heat. Per our agreement with the owner, we were able to bring our small (8 pound) dog, so that was a plus. There was so much potential in this house, just didn’t live up to it. I wanted so much to like it! I’m thinking it’s because the house is strictly a rental and the owners neither live near nor ever see the condition it is in. I just thought I owed it to the next renter to let them know what the house is really like.

We enjoyed our stay in Clermont and had a great vacation. This property is in a good location relative to WDW and other attractions. There is shopping (Wal-Mart) available very close by. The house has recently been repainted which was nice. When we walked in it had a clean smell and all of the bathrooms were cleaned. But there was dirt in the corners, under furniture, etc. so the house could use a more thorough cleaning. The fridge kept the food cold but there was no light inside and the icemaker does not function. There is a gas grill advertised and it was there with a full propane tank, but someone had removed the gas burners and tossed them outside the pool enclosure which means if you want to grill you will need a bag of charcoal. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed it every day of our stay, and thanks to the south facing location it was warm enough to sit outside even on a cooler day. We paid extra for pool/spa heating and we did get some tepid warm water but not enough to make the spa a hot tub or make the pool warm. We did ask the maintenance company to look at this, and they did, but I guess tepid warm water is the best that can be expected. The living room furniture did not feel clean and was a bit disgusting to sit on. Some of the beds were comfortable, some were not. We did report some of the issues to the maintenance company and some were quickly resolved like the non-functioning pool light.Overall a good stay!

We really liked to neighborhood. It was perfect for taking the dog for walks/runs and many others seemed pretty active as well. While we did not do Disney, Disney is not too far away. We just enjoyed the Florida warmth while Michigan is still in the 40s.
