Sailing is located on the ocean shores of Flora's Bluff, which has won national architecture awards for design and environmental planning. Flora's Bluff's architectural style was inspired by the legendary Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port and in the spirit of classical New England coastal villages, and has been featured in Southern Living, Coastal Living and Golf Digest.

Sailing has tv's in both bedrooms and in the living room. The cottage also has wifi and a stereo system. Sailing comes equipped with a 4 passenger golf cart
